BEHRINGER North America, Inc. is in search of a highly creative and detail oriented Video Production Coordinator. If you have 2-3 years of experience in multimedia and/or post production we would love to hear from you.

Job Purpose: Provide the production control of all the components in multimedia projects. Create and produce professional audio/video presentations/clips and manuals to promote, advertise and train on the various MUSIC GROUP concepts and products. Maintaining quality and constancy in all aspects of produced materials

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create storyboards, as well work with submitted storyboards by constituents in Technical Documentation, Advertising and Product Management.
  • Responsible for the execution of video productions including camera work, graphics, audio and transfer for distribution to web, DVD and Flash.
  • Effectively record and edit sound files and sound tracks for media productions.
  • Effectively record and edit video materials using motion graphics and video footages.
  • Combine all of the above elements to create and produce the required audio/video presentation as the end-product.
  • Liaise with subcontractors - obtaining quotes and timescales; prepare documentation and work progress.
  • Check quality of all assets received form both internal and external sources - graphics, audio, photos, illustrations and video.
  • Store and retrieve assets - ensure files are correctly names and stored appropriately.
  • Assist with the directing of audio recordings, video and photo shoots as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and/or a Multimedia or Video Production.
  • Adept in both Mac and PC platforms and various software's required in creating audio/video presentations.
  • Excellent layout, animation and compositing skills.
  • Able to conceptualize and do storyboards.
  • Knowledge of post production a definite advantage.
  • Knowledge in any form of animation (live action, stop motion, traditional 2D and 3D animation).

Experience

  • At least 2-3 years experience in a multimedia and/or post production outfit.
  • Extensive background in camera work, including editing post production, audio and over dubbing.
  • Must have previous experience in mic methods as well as lighting methods.

Special Skills

  • Self-starter and intensely organized.
  • Excellent communication skills, in both written and oral English.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptionally high degree of accuracy, attention to detail.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Should be adept in the latest versions of CS, After Effects, Combustion2, 3DS Max and other special effects software's.
  • Knowledge of the pro-audio/music industry preferred.
